Palo Alto

An anonymous narrator, lost in the fog of an identity fragmented by the systematic and racist capital of the country, embarks on a journey in search of her roots. Through a passage across the turbulent sociopolitical landscapes of the Nigerian regime, her path leads her to the mythical Kalakuta Republic, the home of Fela Kuti. There, an enigmatic shaman introduces her to a sensory deprivation experiment that unleashes a journey through parallel universes, intertwined times, and blurred memories—an odyssey that redefines her own existence and sense of belonging.
