Sergio Tovar Uribe

Sergio Tovar Uribe is a Colombian director and screenwriter from Cali, currently based in Canada. He moved to Vancouver on a scholarship to study art and later worked in the local film industry. His work spans directing, writing, editing, producing, and film festival programming and curation.
