Sergio Bonacci Lapalma

Born in Pasadena, California, in 1990, he is an Argentine-Chicano film director and editor. In 2008, he graduated with a degree in Humanities and Dramatic Arts from St. George's College in Quilmes, Buenos Aires, Argentina. After falling in love with "New Argentine Cinema," he graduated as a Film and Television director from the Center for Research and Experimentation in Video and Cinema (C.I.E.V.y C.), and completed studies in editing, cinematography, and other related areas at the Professional Training Center of the Argentine Film Industry Union (CFP-SICA). He also studied screenwriting with Oscar-winning filmmakers Juan José Campanella and Aída Bortnik, and with Cannes-winning filmmaker Santiago Loza.
