Cesar Risco, is a Brazilian lawyer and photographer born in São Paulo and based in Jundiaí, São Paulo. Passionate about art and visual storytelling, he merges his background in photography with a lifelong fascination with cinema in VERONA, his debut film as director and director of photography.
